In short: we collect the details you submit through the audit form so we can produce and send your video audit. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other clinics, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
Digital Movers Co. ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at digitalmoversco.com and provides search engine optimisation services to private healthcare clinics in the United Kingdom.
For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Digital Movers Co. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:

We do not collect patient data. This website is for clinic operators and decision-makers. Please do not send us patient names, medical records or any special category health data through this website or by email. If you do so inadvertently, contact us and we will delete it.

We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we will not add you to a general mailing list simply because you requested an audit.
4. Lawful basis for processing
- →Legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and following up on an audit you asked us to produce. We consider this proportionate because you contacted us in a business capacity and can opt out at any time.
- →Consent — where you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- →Contract — where we are providing services to you under an agreed engagement.
- →Legal obligation — where we must retain records for tax, accounting or regulatory purposes.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your details with other clinics.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, which may include website hosting, form processing, email delivery, video hosting for audit recordings, and analytics. Each acts on our instructions under a written data processing agreement.
We may disclose information where required by law, by a regulator, or by a court, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
6. How long we keep it
- →Audit enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- →Client records: for the duration of the engagement and for 6 years afterwards, to meet UK accounting and limitation requirements.
- →Website analytics: retained in aggregate; individual-level records are not retained beyond the provider's standard window.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, unless you consent to additional ones. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, you will be asked to consent before they are set, and you will be able to change your choice at any time.
Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers that includes your IP address. If you prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be self-hosted.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

9. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so that your data receives an equivalent standard of protection.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and limiting access to those who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and any transfer is at your own risk.
